Terms of Service
General and workflow
Please provide a clear brief and hd reference picture, poses, expression, moods, character's story and personality ( this is important for me to know the character more)
My workflow will be -> payment 30% from total -> I give you several thumbnail to choose -> sketch -> color sketch -> clean up -> rendering -> finishing
After payment I will make several thumbnail of composition for you to choose one. If this one composition is approved, please don't change it after I do the sketch
I may decline a commission that I might uncomfortable or impossible to do
Price listed are personal use only and any reselling or reproduction for commercial use is highly prohibited
Please do not tracing or claiming the original art as yours
Do not use my works as AI learning material, any type of NFT, crypto or blockchain technology
Please credit me if the work are posted to public
All finished work will be posted to my social media as portfolio purpose
I might working the commission on my stream, please do tell me if you don't want that
Rights and usage
Personal use commission type can be use as icon, header, wallpaper that do not have any sort of monetization use
Commercial rights can be used for branding and business purposes such as vtuber asset, online shop, reward, freebies, etc with credit. Clients may sell physical item in limited quantity
There are extra charges and/or royalties for commercial project and psd file
Private commission can be considered and discussed for commercial work
Revision, payment, refund and cancelation

Advance payment 30% from total price to take a slot, and rest payment after sketch is approved and ready to be rendered
I am fine with minor or major revision with extra additional time
Don't make revision if my drawing style is not according to your expectation (eg: my artstyle different from another artist)
